M\u00fcthing is setting new standards on the international market with the new MU-Pro\/R Vario mulcher series. The series combines the quality known from M\u00fcthing Vario mulchers with equipment adapted to global requirements. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The M\u00fcthing MU-Pro Vario series sets standards in professional harvest management. The extensively equipped machines are market leaders in the professional segment in Germany and neighboring countries. In order to meet the demand on international markets for a pure rear mulcher without side shift, the Soest-based company has added the Pro\/R Vario models to the Pro series. <\/p>\n\n

The model range comprises three working widths of 2.80 m, 3.00 m and 3.20 m. The machines are designed for pure rear mounting with category 2 and 3 coupling points. Designed for tractors from 95 to 250 hp, the machines cover a broad portfolio of possible tractors, depending on the requirements and conditions on site. Inside the machine, the familiar components from the professional segment of the long-established Soest-based company are at work. Thanks to the MU-Vario\u00ae system fitted as standard, the degree of shredding and the suction effect can be individually adapted to the respective crops such as rapeseed, cereal stubble, maize, catch crops or grassland via the cutting bar. The adjustment options of the Vario cutting bar also allow the power requirement and fuel consumption to be influenced in order to meet changing requirements. Lateral wear skids made of Hardox steel and an internal wear insert are included as standard and ensure operational reliability and value retention of the machine. <\/p>\n\n

The machine is optionally available with a height-adjustable support roller or an air-tyred undercarriage. The large support roller offers good rolling characteristics and precise height control on uneven terrain thanks to its position close to the rotor. The optional field chassis improves maneuverability with a swivel angle of 180\u00b0 and offers advantages in long-stemmed or voluminous crops such as grain maize or sunflowers. <\/p>\n\n

This mulcher offers further optimizations for international trade: its dimensions and structure are optimized for transport by truck or overseas container in order to supply trading partners worldwide with professional technology “Made in Germany” in a logistically efficient manner.<\/p>\n\n
